Following on from the first part of our project with the Alex Ferry Foundation, this briefing discusses some of the themes which will come out in the 2nd phase of the project towards the end of this year. It examines the history of reduced working time, the present case, and the practicalities around what a negotiated reduction of working time (with no loss of pay) might look like, and how it would be useful for workers and beneficial for good employers.
