Paul is Senior Partner of leading UK Trade Union law firm, Morrish Solicitors LLP. Paul began working for Unions in 1988 when he joined the firm, was made a partner in 1992 and senior partner in 2010. He has represented both Unions and their members in many walks of life – from banking to transport, and education to textiles manufacture.
Paul now focusses on employment law and industrial relations and his firm acts for over 20 Unions and staff associations across the UK.
His upcoming book for IER, “Social Media and the Law” draws on his regular series of IER talks covering his particular interest in this area.
