Matt Dykes is the newly appointed Policy Officer for Young People at the TUC. Prior to that he was Policy Officer for the London Region at Southern and Eastern Region TUC for six years, joining the TUC from the Greater London Authority in 2002. He has been a trade union rep for over 15 years in both PCS and UNISON.
