Daniel Kindell began working for unions in 2005 when he joined Morrish Solicitors LLP as a paralegal. He was made a partner of the firm in 2018. Daniel now specialises in complex discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, protective award and working time cases, as well as delivering training to trade union officials. His interest in the application of law in social media-related cases was sparked by the success of his own case of Lake v Amey Services Ltd and a passion for protecting individuals from over-zealous employers.
