Tom Kirk is a barrister specialising in employment law and practises from Old Square Chambers, London. Tom has a broad practice but specialises in work-based discrimination claims. His work representing trade union members has involved him working with members of Unite, UCATT, Prospect and others in claims before the Employment Tribunal involving trade union related dismissals, non-payment of the national minimum wage and holiday pay.
