About the event

The pernicious Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Bill has now been passed by Parliament.

Come and hear IER academics, labour lawyers and leading trade unionists explain how we might counter this existential threat and the drift towards authoritarianism. As part of this discussion, we will be looking at how our movement has responded to threats of illegality in the past, and how that might inform our collective response.

***Refreshments will be provided.***

At the end of our event (8:30pm) our event will dove-tail in to the GFTU social event, where there will be nice food and live entertainment. To register for a free ticket for that, please click here.
