--a public information campaign promoting the Act- 12 years since its introduction there is little recognition of what it means;
Recent decisions by the European Court of Human Rights may force the British government to protect strikers' rights
It would be a sweet irony if one consequence of this bitter dispute was a decision of the European Court of Human Rights that obliged Britain's new government to legislate to protect the human rights of strikers and see Morning Star newspapers.
