IER Publications

The Institute publishes at least 4 books a year and two copies of the Journal, Federation News. Each publication is automatically circulated to our subscribers. Individuals can also purchase copies of the books.

As anyone who buys legal text books will know, all IER publications are priced at a very reasonable rate. Written by experts in the field, our publications provide top quality reading at affordable prices. Our aim is to disseminate our ideas throughout the labour movement.

pricing policy

All Institute publications bear two prices: one for subscribers and trade unions (usually £6.50), and one for commercial organisations and non-subscribers (usually £20). All prices include UK postage and packing. There are substantial discounts available for bulk orders. Please contact the office for details.

how to order

You can purchase any of our books in one of five ways:

• send a cheque(made payable to "IER") to The Institute of Employment Rights, The People's Centre, 50-54 Mount Pleasant, Liverpool L3 5SD.
• buy on line by clicking the "buy this book" button next to the book you want to purchase
• to order older publications, gather the information (title and price) from the annual list of publications and complete and return a secure order form
• commercial orders can print either the order form listed with the publication, or, in the case of older publications, print the secure order form, fill in the details and fax it to 0151 702 6935 and we will invoice you with the publication/s.
• Call us on 0151 702 6925 and pay by credit/debit card.
