On 22nd November 2006 the European Union Commission published a Green Paper: Modernising labour law to meet the challenges of the 21st century
In response, the UK's House of Lords Select Committee on the Euorpean Union conducted its own inquiry into the issues raised by the European Green Paper.
The Select Committee invited individuals and organisations to respond by 30th March 2007. The Institute submitted a response which can be downloaded here (8 A4 pages in Adobe)
