President of the Institute of Employment Rights and Professor of Public Law at Kings College London Professor Keith Ewing has authored a new briefing on the human rights implications of the Lobbying Bill.

The unpopular Transparency of Lobbying, Non-party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Bill has been criticised from a huge number of angles both in parliament and in the media.

In the new briefing, launched today (12 September 2013), we present a unique approach to the Bill through the lens of international human rights law, which demonstrates yet another reason why this flawed legislation should be scrapped.
