Govt publishes new draft code on industrial action

The government has today published the new draft code of practice for industrial action and ballots, and the new draft code of practice for picketing, which have now been laid before Parliament.

The codes will be implemented alongside new increased turnout and support thresholds for industrial action ballots on 01 March 2017 as part of the Trade Union Act 2016.
